The Trustees
Trustee: Mrs Vicky Stilliard
Vicky is the widow of Dr Stilliard and has two sons, Richard and Edward. Vicky set up the memorial fund soon after her husband’s death in 1994 because Dr Stilliard’s passion for helping young people in the Sandhurst area. She has been on the board of trustees ever since.
Trustee: Dr John Thing
A colleague of Dr Stilliard at Sandhurst Group Practice, Dr Thing’s passion for cricket and other sports means he is currently responsible for organising the annual cricket match between the Sandhurst Group Practice and the local nursing home trust, Atkinson Homes. When Dr Stilliard died, Vicky Stilliard asked Dr Thing to become a trustee on the fund in 1996.
Trustee: Revd. John White
The associate minister based at St Michael and all Angels Parish Church, Sandhurst. He is married with three grown up daughters and has been a resident of Sandhurst for 44 years and a trustee for the Howard Stilliard fund four years.
Trustee: Peter Mather
A practising solicitor, he has lived in Sandhurst for 32 years, married with two grown-up children, a regular parishioner of St. Michael’s church throughout that time, and a Trustee of The Doctor Howard Memorial Fund since its formation in 1996.
Volunteer: Edward Stilliard
Dr Stilliard’s second son handles the internet for the fund while liaising with the Trustees about news events and applications. A reporter, Edward updates the website on behalf of the fund.
