Welcome to the Dr Howard Stilliard Memorial Fund web site.
The Dr Howard Stilliard Fund is a registered charity (no. 1058643) dedicated to promoting the welfare and enterprise of young people living in Sandhurst, Berkshire and the surrounding areas of College Town and Owlsmoor.
From school projects to football boots, the Fund contributes financially towards the cost of projects, courses and equipment, especially where statutory funds are not available. Generally, small projects which benefit a community are given priority, but individuals can also expect to see a donation to help them take part in community events.
